Our mission is to transform existing timepieces, brought by clients, into unique creations through an artisanal and creative process. Each piece is designed to reflect its owner’s identity, in line with the values of quality, authenticity, and exclusivity that define our expertise. We proudly uphold the Swiss Made label.
Alter neither manufactures nor sells watches. Our creative studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by any watch manufacturer. The watches on which Alter intervenes remain the exclusive property of their owners. Brand names or trademarks that may appear on our website are used for descriptive purposes only. They belong exclusively to their respective holders.
Any commercial use of customized watches made by Alter is strictly prohibited. Our services are offered solely on request, and intended for private, non-commercial use only. Any warranty provided by the original manufacturer is affected by customization. Alter provides a separate warranty covering its own work.
