Creation
Our Swiss workshops employ experienced watchmakers and jewelers, trained in the highest Swiss watchmaking traditions. They carry out each stage of transformation with expertise and precision.
Finalization
Your watch or jewelry undergoes a thorough quality control process before delivery to ensure it is in perfect working order and aesthetic condition. Each project comes with an Alter Geneva certificate attesting to the modifications and their traceability, as well as our exclusive warranty covering these modifications.
Co-Creation in Motion
We approach each project as a technical dialogue. Early on, we explore constraints and design options together. Visual proposals help test assumptions and guide decisions. The Craft Behind Customization
We apply a wide range of techniques, including colored surface treatments, fine finishes like brushing, satinizing, or sandblasting, and decorative methods such as engraving, enameling, painting, and stone setting. The dial, case, strap, and other components can all be reworked with precision.
Service and Decustomization
In addition to customization, we repair, service, and restore watches. If you wish to reverse a past customization, whether carried out by us or another workshop, we can return the timepiece to its prior state with the same precision and care required by haute horlogerie service standards.
